Why you?
We've all been on Google, TikTok and Instagram where there is a mountain of information about how to workout, lift weights, and what not to do. It's overwhelming, and frequently leaves people more confused than when they began their search for answers. My job as your coach is to demystify and simplify the entire process (and make it fun while you get the results you want!)
From our first interaction, my commitment is to you - as your coach, your mentor and your motivator. I deliver an energetic, goal-oriented and scientifically-backed experience to create a roadmap to your goals, to motivate you through the ups and downs, and celebrate your accomplishments!
What can I expect after contacting you for 1-on-1 personal training?
The first step is a phone call to get to know you, and why you are seeking out personal training. Are you looking to lift weights for the first time and you're not sure where to start? Are you looking to lose weight? Are you looking to work on your balance and agility?
The more details, information, and color that you can give me around your fitness history and your goals looking forward, the better. Every detail goes into consideration when I create a program that will work for you.

How do I know how often I should see you?
Following our phone call I will make a recommedation on frequency of sessions based on your goals and your availability. We will then discuss what works best for you!
I have clients who work out with me:One to three times a week for an hour a session
One to three times a week for half an hour a session
Once biweekly for an hour a session
Once monthly for an hour a session
A mix of sessions with me and sessions at home
The flexibility is all part of the perks of personal training.
